MINX came up with a very cutting edge approach to nail design. This summer, breakaway from the customary colors such as "Sugar Daddy" by ESSIE, and give the world something to talk about. I was outdoor dining in the city when I saw this fashionista rocking the MINX. You can buy the product at Sephora and it costs $15. They come in all sorts of prints and colors in the form of a sticker. When you put pressure and heat on them, they become adhesive. I LOVE this idea and cant WAIT to get my set of chic prints my MINX!

Summer Fun In A Bag!

Its a Bag from "BACK!" This is the name of the store (only with the "K" backwards) that carries this piece of Summer Fun in a Bag..... Today, I had to purchase this FUN bag on Mulberry Street. Just by walking through MY neighborhood, I can find some innovative fashion pieces that entice me to buy them. So... This is my newest purchase. A bag made from Lebanon that is SO much fun to carry and look at. I cant wait to sport this with my black jumpsuit, gladiator sandals, and colorful bangles.... Thank you Sam (owner and buyer of BACK) for showing me this great bag.... I will see you in the hood and Ill definitely be sporting my purchase.

Shopping in New York will never let you down. Just when you least expect it, you find something that will shock you. I appreciate this because being a stylist and around clothing everyday, things start to get a bit repetitive. You may be walking down the street only to find a vintage shop underground or an amazing market with all kinds of unique pieces. I found this amazing full bodied feather earring at the Young Designers Market this weekend in Soho. The designer is the very talented Sara Keiser. It is a one of a kind piece made out of peacock feathers. This is not your average "shoulder duster" earring, this actually dusts the bottom of my hair. Each earring, or set of earrings if you prefer, are made out of different colored feathers. So, depending on your skin tone and hair color, you can pick the perfect match for yourself. These beauties range from $30-$75 depending on the work involved. You can get certain pieces with leather or charms as well. I am the proud owner of this feather earring and consider it to be an accessory with a "Wow Factor."
